Happy Birthday to you Mom.May is birthday month at our house. My mothers is first on May 6. Today she is 88. I am grateful for her. She had a hard job raising my brother and me alone. She always kept everything going. From working 40 hours a week to keeping up with the house, meals and clothes. The two of us gave her a few challenges. She pour many hours of blood, sweat and toil into our lives. She gave us a good work ethic and values to live by. Having her birthday so close to Mother's Day, it was hard to figure out two present for her because always said she didn't want anything. She is the one who gave me a love for flowers. Most of the perennials I have today came from her flower bed. Happy Birthday Mom. Thank you for being my Mother. I love you.

This is her baby bed and it is 88 years old today. What a joy to still have around after all these years.
